Courtney J. Yoder

Courtney J. Yoder, Esq., graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. After moving to East Tennessee, she attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence with a concentration in Business Transactions. During her time at UT College of Law, Mrs. Yoder was recognized for her outstanding work in the Estate Planning Seminar. Mrs. Yoder is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
In addition to working with various law firms and financial institutions, Mrs. Yoder has previously served as an attorney for the UT Wills Clinic and conducted legal research and writing for a national treatise on trusts. Mrs. Yoder focuses her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, business formation and organization, contracts and business transactions, real estate transactions, and IRS and state tax audits.
Jennifer L. Jones
Jennifer L. Jones graduated summa cum laude from Pellissippi State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies. While attending Pellissippi State, she was inducted as a member of Lambda Epsilon Chi National Honor Society in Paralegal/Legal Assistant Studies and also as a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. Ms. Jones then attended Austin Peay State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a Legal Studies concentration, graduating cum laude. She has also served as an instructor on topics related to the paralegal profession for the Institute for Paralegal Education, a division of the National Business Institute.
Ms. Jones was raised in Macon, Georgia, and moved to East Tennessee in 2002. Ms. Jones enjoys travel, photography, and hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains. Ms. Jones provides legal support services and assists the firm’s clients primarily in the areas of estate planning, real property transactions, probate, contracts, and business organization.
Alice Y. Dison
Alice Young Dison was raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated from Knoxville’s West High School and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee. Mrs. Dison has more than thirty years of experience in the public accounting fielding, including working for CPA firms in Knoxville and Maryville, Tennessee and Miami, Florida.
Mrs. Dison enjoys boating, traveling, and gardening with her husband, Stephen. Mrs. Dison volunteers her time at Habitat for Humanity, where she currently serves on the Selection Committee. She is also a member of the Alcoa United Methodist Church, where she has served in many capacities, her favorite of which was serving alongside her husband as a youth counselor. Mrs. Dison performs bookkeeping and payroll services, prepares business tax returns and reports, and assists the firm’s clients in business licensing matters, federal and state tax audits, and insurance audits.
